Look at 2018 from a photographer's point of view. What image do you want to capture?
Zoom your lenses to that one thing. Adjust it till you get a fine view.
Focus empowers vision. Every other thing can be beautiful yet out of focus. Leave that sentiment game aside, focus on what's important and of priority to you. Make the pursuit of such important thing your habit. Sow into this daily, often or regularly.
Whatever you focus on magnifies. It grows bigger. It becomes clearer and visible.
When you're focussed, you plan your actions.
Minimise your distractions and you will have less troubles. Stick to one thing—one thing of value. Stick till it tells on you. You can't see it and miss it. When you see it sufficiently, you'll find motivation to pursue it ultimately.
Wake up your focus.
It's a new year.
